Samuel is from Huttwil, and his children are born there, but online records do not go back to Samuels birth.
Barbara Herrmann is from Rohrbach.
Notice that there is a Nyfellhoff in the 3rd image.


The towns listed as hometowns for Nifeler's are:
Huttwil, Gondiswil, Eriswil and Wyssachen.

Huttwil records start with book K3 online.  I will need to look at film to see if I have those records..

Gondiswil is not listed in the Bern online records.
Wyssachen is not listed in the Bern online records.
Eriswil is listed, including dates from 1633 on.
Rohrbach dates back further, into the 1500's.

Samuel Niffeler is from Fiechte, in Huttwil, Switzerland

In Verena's christening record, it shows that her father Samuel is from Fiechte.  So, I still need to research the records from there to find them.  Looking again, take 4.

Nifeler - Huttwil Research Notes

Huttwil Kirche K-2 begins with 1773. The Samuel and Anna Barbara Hermann Nifeler family are mostly located in K-2. However, all ancestors should be located in K-1 which I will look at next.
